VILLA ADRIANA WEDDING

Developed with Sarah Haywood for a private international client, this multi-day wedding brought together art, history, fashion, and contemporary luxury across two of Rome’s most iconic cultural settings. The celebration began with an intimate welcome dinner at Palazzo Doria Pamphilj before moving to Villa Adriana in Tivoli for the main ceremony and reception.

The experience was conceived as a curated journey through Italian heritage. At Palazzo Doria Pamphilj, guests dined surrounded by museum masterpieces, including works by Caravaggio and Velázquez. At Villa Adriana, the ceremony and dinner unfolded among the archaeological ruins, with an installation designed as an open-air gallery and floral elements inspired by ancient Roman frescoes.

PalazziGas led the local production and on-site execution in Italy, coordinating a complex event across multiple days and protected historic locations. The project required highly specialised planning within a UNESCO archaeological site, combining international creative direction with local expertise to deliver a cohesive, cinematic experience while respecting the cultural significance of each setting. The wedding was featured in British Vogue in July 2025.
